• Orders are processed within 1–2 business weeks
• Orders placed on weekends/public holidays are processed next working day
• International orders may be subject to customs duties & taxes (paid by customer)

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, with tags & original packaging
• Proof of purchase required
